Return of goods for defective product under warranty


AUTHORIZATION OF RETURN OF GOODS

When a problem occurs with a material, it is often advisable to first contact the manufacturer, which in most cases provides warranty directly (Manufacturers phone nr).
If it is not the case, the return can be done to EXECUTE after acceptance of the RMA request.

In order to return a defective product, please complete the RMA request form.
We need the following information: name of customer, invoice number, serial number of the product and the nature of the problem. Only products in good condition, complete and in original packaging may be returned.

Elements to be sent

- parts with their boxes in their original condition.
- a copy of invoice (or invoices if the parts were bought separately)
- an explanation of the encountered problems

TIMES Of EXCHANGE

The product is returned to our distributor for a standard exchange or repair. It may be, however, that the deadlines are lengthened if the part is unavailable (replenishment time or exchange of the manufacturer). In case of damaged parts, the warranty in fact is cancelled.

THE COSTS

All return and forwarding are paid by the Customer, at his own risk. We recommend to insure your shipment because, if the package was lost by the carrier, no compensation would be possible by us.

The softwares and supplies are neither taken again nor exchanged.
